ADDIE’S POND RENTAL/LEASE POLICY AND REQUEST FORM

Pursuant to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for
Addie’s Pond Subdivision, as filed with the Superior Court of Cobb County, homes within
Addie’s Pond may be leased or rented by the property owner for residential purposes. In order to
lease/rent property, a homeowner must:

1) Notify the Addie’s Pond Homeowner’s Association Board (hereinafter,
“the Board”) of their intent to rent/lease their property;

2) Provide a copy of the proposed written rental/lease agreement to the Board
for approval;

3) Provide written acknowledgement from the proposed renter or lessee of
the property that said person(s) has received and reviewed a copy of the
Declarations, By-Laws, Use restrictions, and Regulations of the
Association, and agrees to abide by same;

4) Provide to the Board the names of all persons who will be residing at the
rented/leased property.

Upon receiving the above information, the Board will make a determination whether the
request to rent/lease property is approved or denied within ten (10) days. Approval to rent/lease
property given by the Board will automatically expire ninety (90) days from the date it is given
to the homeowner.
