The covenant’s of the Addie’s Pond Homeowners’ Association requires that all
mailboxes be alike. The current mailbox system in use in our neighborhood is the
Imperial C205205 as pictured below:

Repairs to damaged mailboxes, posts, etc., can be made by the homeowner as long as it
does not alter the overall appearance, i.e., replace the mail box itself with a similar box
from a home improvement store and reinstall the original hardware. Replacement of the
post and hardware unique to the mailbox system will need to be exact. The only known
source at this time for this system and its parts in the Atlanta-Metro area is Classy
Mailboxes (www.classymailboxes.com – 770-321-0481) in Marietta. You may also
