POOL RULES AND RESERVATION POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Please note that submitting a reservation does not entitle a group to exclusive use of the pool.
The reservation is a means to ensure that the pool is not over-crowded with large groups at any
given time. Other residents and their guests may be using the pool at the same that a reserved
group event is ongoing.

POOL HOURS ARE 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Reservations are needed for any group larger than 10 people. Groups cannot exceed 35
people, which will include non-swimmers in the pool area.

Reservations must be submitted on the attached form a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the
planned event.

The pool may be reserved during the normal pool season.
Reservations cannot exceed 6 hours in length.

All events must be completed and the area vacated by 11PM.

Reservations must be made by an Addie’s Pond homeowner over the age of 21.

Reservations may not be made by homeowners who are not in good standing with the HOA.

Groups utilizing the pool must adhere to posted pool rules (see attached) and to all local, state
and federal laws and ordinances.
Groups must be adequately chaperoned and monitored at all times by an Addie’s Pond
homeowner.

Reservations may not be made on holidays or holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Independence
Day, or Labor Day holidays or weekends) or during any scheduled Addie’s Pond Community
Event.

Upon completion of the event, the responsible homeowner must ensure the pool is cleaned. All
damages must be immediately reported to the HOA point of contact and repair or restitution
arrangements made.

If anyone sees any activity on or around the pool and surrounding area that may endanger our
residents or any part of our facility, please report it immediately to a member of the Recreation

Committee or to a member of the Addie’s Pond HOA Board of Directors.
