As per the Addie's Pond Declaration of Covenants ALL changes to the exterior of each home in Addie's Pond must be approved by the Addie's Pond Architectural Control Committee. Please use the form below to obtain approval. Completed forms may be deposited into the HOA mailbox at 3004 Addie Pond Way or emailed to [email protected].

Mailbox Repair and Replacement
To repair and replace mailboxes and posts:
- Go to addressesofdistinction.com/shop/ to order replacement parts. Please purchase from the "Avenues" product line.
- Some boxes/posts simply need a fresh coat of paint. If so, please use a semi-gloss black paint.
Standard of Lawn Care
To maintain property values, the Addie's Pond Declaration of Covenants gives the Addie's Pond HOA Board of Directors the authority to create a Community Wide Standard of property maintenance.

Expense Reimbursement Form
Please use the form below to request a reimbursement for purchases made on behalf of the Addie's Pond HOA. All purchases must be pre-approved by the Addie's Pond HOA Board.
